Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · in effect from September 27, 2026
Read this together with the Privacy Policy.
These terms explain the rules for using Project 7. By creating an account or continuing to use it, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Project 7.
1. What Project 7 is
Project 7 is a coaching platform for bodybuilding and fitness. Coaches design training programs from an exercise library, add their athletes with an invite link and see every logged session. Athletes follow the program in the app (a PWA) and log every set. Public coach profiles and public plans can be seen by anyone.
Project 7 is run by its founder, Mohammad Amid Mokhtari. In these terms "we" means Project 7 and "you" means the person using it.
2. Roles
- Coach: writes programs, invites athletes, sees the training and progress of their own athletes and comments on sessions. A coach's profile is public.
- Athlete (client): joins through a coach's invite link, fills in the intake form, follows the program and logs sets, body weight, measurements and progress photos.
- Admin: reviews coach credentials, approves payments and maintains the exercise library on behalf of Project 7. Admin accounts cannot be registered.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian if you are younger.
- Enter accurate information. Each account belongs to one person; do not share it.
- Keeping your password safe is up to you. If you think someone else can access your account, change the password and tell us.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. What is deleted and what is kept is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. The coach–athlete relationship
- Project 7 is the coach's tool, not a party to the coaching agreement. Fees, duration and ways of working are agreed between coach and athlete, and payments between them do not go through Project 7.
- The coach is responsible for the programs, advice and comments they give. We do not review or approve program content.
- When you join through an invite link, your coach sees your intake form, logged sessions, body weight and measurements, and progress photos. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- A coach sees only their own athletes' data. Use it only to coach that athlete and do not pass it on.
- If a coach deletes their account, their athletes keep their own accounts and training history, lose the link to that coach, and are told about it in the app.
5. Health and safety
- Project 7 does not give medical advice. See a doctor before starting a training program, especially if you have an injury, an illness or are pregnant.
- Train within your capacity. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
- Figures the app shows (such as training volume and estimated 1RM) are calculated from your own logs and are for tracking only.
6. Coach verification
The "Verified" badge means a Project 7 admin has seen and accepted the documents the coach sent. It is not a guarantee of the quality of the coach's work or of training results.
7. Coach subscriptions and payments
- The price and length of each plan are shown on the subscription page. Prices may change; a change does not affect a period already paid for and approved.
- Payment is by card-to-card transfer: you transfer the amount to the card shown in the app, enter the tracking number in the app and send the receipt to support on Telegram. The subscription starts once an admin approves it.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
- If a payment is not approved, you see the reason in the app. Contact support about refunds.
8. Content and ownership
- The programs, custom exercises, comments and data you enter are yours. You allow us to store and process them, and to show them to the people described in these terms, only to run Project 7.
- A coach profile and plans you make "public" can be seen by everyone, including people without an account.
- The exercise library, design, logo and code of Project 7 are ours. Do not copy or republish them.
- Do not upload anyone's photo or information without their permission.
9. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use Project 7 for anything illegal, to harass others or to impersonate someone;
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security limits;
- collect data from Project 7 automatically or send requests in bulk;
- upload malicious files or inappropriate content.
10. Suspension and ending use
If someone breaks these terms, we may suspend or delete their account. An admin can delete a coach or athlete account from the admin panel; that deletion does the same as deleting from Account settings.
11. Availability
- Project 7 is provided "as is". We work to keep it available, but outages, errors or data loss can happen.
- Project 7's servers are outside Iran (details in the Privacy Policy). Internet restrictions or decisions of foreign providers may interrupt access.
- We may change, add or remove features. A feature that is not built yet is labelled "coming soon".
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Project 7 is not liable for physical injury from training, for decisions made by coaches or athletes, or for indirect loss from using or being unable to use the service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Before taking any other step, raise a dispute with us at the address below.
14. Changes to these terms
Each version of this text has a number and a date. If we change it, the version number goes up and the next time you open the app we ask you to read and accept the new version.
